Exploring Partnership Opportunities with Montfort Care Mental Health

On May 29, 2025, our One Hope Centre (OHC) team met with the Montfort Care Mental Health team to discuss collaboration opportunities.

Both teams shared insights about their respective services and programmes, discovering exciting ways to collaborate and better serve our community.

The meeting laid the groundwork for exploring how our organizations might work together in the future, including the possibility of cross-referrals to better support clients in our community.

This meeting is just one of the many that OHC intends to have to build connections within the mental health community to enhance support for those we serve.
