LEARNING TO HANDLE LOAN SHARK
Getting relief from the pressure of loan shark harassment through acknowledging wrong decision made. And be willing to make amendment for their past in cooperation with One Hope Centre programme.

GAMBLERS’ ANONYMOUS (GA)
The support group meeting allows people time to share their success as well as their failures. With the intention for mutual encouragement to help in the recovery process, there will be guided principles at the meeting.

DEBT MANAGEMENT
Financial planning accountability as a discipline is part of debtors recovery programme. It re-orientates the debtor’s mind from one that takes future earnings for today’s expenses and enjoyment to one that plans for tomorrow expenses using cash.

The objective of the exercise is to help the debtor become debt-free in the minimum possible time.


FAMILY SUPPORT GROUPS
The family support group exists to complement the GA group in fulfilling the following objectives:

• Bring back self-respect and the respect of others.

• Give purpose and pleasure in ordinary relationships and responsibilities.

• Provide peace of mind and a sense of being human again.

• Provide a sounding board for angry members of the family as they open up allowing the pain to be healed in the process.
